11/15 Update

Hi Everyone!

We apologize for not having updated this in so long. We've been wrapped up planning for homecoming and college applications.

First off, a HUGE thank you to Mrs. Stanley, Ms. Daugherty, Ms. Dinh, Mrs. Stover, Ms. Zausch, and George for allowing and making the presentation of our senior float possible during the half-time show at our homecoming game.

Homecoming was extremely successful for us because we took first place in airband and quad day, at least that's all that has been announced. We really showed our enthusiasm and pride throughout the week--especially at the assembly, quad day, tailgate & parade, and the homecoming dance. I hope you all had a wonderful last homecoming week and anticipate Battle of the Classes in March.

Announcements:
We are selling fruit snacks for $1. You can find this from any SENIOR leadership student.
We still have about ~20 buttons left so hurry and get your buttons! They are $1 and will support the senior class. Get a button from ANY CLASS OFFICER.
Winter Ball, a semi-formal dance, will be on December 13th, 2008 from 7:30-10:30pm. So hurry and find a WONDERFUL date now before all the good ones are taken!
December 8th, 9th, 10th will be the 11th Annual Got Image? Fashion Show try outs in C-Commons after 7th period. So please make sure you come and try out to be a part of the elite team of top models!
And we also have an upcoming iceskating fundraising coming up in the future, with a TBD date.

Lastly, Herff Jones will be here on November 24th & 25th in the D commons from 12PM–5PM! These are last chances for SENIOR PORTRAITS! Make sure to take them now if you didn't already because yearbook club is working on a mini-yearbook for seniors!

For more information, please come to class meetings on wednesdays in A-Commons or email us!

Good luck with college applications.

Love,
M, T, J, & S.
